Jolene Keats is a hospitality development executive, capital strategist, and business development leader with more than two decades of experience building brands, raising capital, and delivering growth across hospitality, real estate, venture capital, and financial services. As President & Chief Executive Officer of JAM Asset Management, she leads corporate development, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and business development. She has held senior development positions with Accor, MasterBUILT Hotels, Red Lion Hotels, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, and Travelodge Canada, and served as Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Capital X and Effortless Mortgage, raising more than $20 million for an alternative mortgage investment platform. She has also worked as an Investment Principal with Sandpiper Ventures, one of Canada's leading early-stage venture capital funds focused on deep technology companies.

Ian McAuley

Executive Director

Ian McAuley, BA, MBA, is an internationally recognized hotel developer, capital markets executive, corporate director, and entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience and over USD$2 billion in hospitality and real estate development, capital deployment, and transaction value. As Executive Director of JAM Asset Management, he leads the firm's international hotel development and investment activities across North America, the Caribbean, and Africa. He has participated in the ownership, development, operation, and financing of more than 200 hotels and has twice served as President and CEO of Toronto Stock Exchange-listed companies, leading IPOs, public market financings, acquisitions, and corporate transformations. He currently serves as a Director of Northern Vision Development LP and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
